JMR began operations out of a 2,000 sq ft building with fewer than 10 technicians. With success in establishing ourselves over the years as a reliable machine and repair shop, we have grown to over 41,000 sq ft of shop and building space with impressive capabilities in mechanical, structural, pipe, and electrical repairs. We are expanding and transitioning to our new facility at 1901 Hill Street, where we have 18 acres and 2,200 feet of bulkhead with 21 feet of water depth. Facility revitalization and improvements are ongoing and expected to be completed in the third-fourth quarter of 2024.
Our on-time delivery and attention to detail have made us the go-to service provider for the Industrial, Commercial, and Maritime sectors. We have in-house technical designers to assist clients in any industry with production and automation projects while our highly qualified machinists carry out the fabrication. We pride ourselves in personalized customer service and look forward to better servicing our customers as we expand and transition into our new facilities.
Our new facility at 1901 Hill Street is undergoing a transformation. The site is being leveled, backfilled, and graded, and the historic Ford is in the process of getting demolished. The basin is dredged to 21 feet, and it will have 2200 feet of newly installed bulkhead. Revitalization also comprises electrical upgrades for shop and pierside services. Please call us to discuss with us how we can accommodate your vessel, barge, or craft.
